1. Data Controller & Scope
The data controller for personal data processed on juleseo.tech is VirtuStyle AI by JuleTech. We adhere strictly to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and modern data privacy standards.
2. Data We Process & Purpose
- Account Data: Name, email address, password hash (via bcrypt), and avatar image for user authentication, account management, and plan quotas.
- Uploaded Images: Your full-body person photo and chosen garment photo, transmitted securely via TLS 1.3 to perform realistic virtual try-on rendering.
- Client-Side Pose Estimation: Keypoint pose detection executes entirely locally within your browser (MoveNet WebGL/Wasm). Biometric skeletal vectors are never stored on or transmitted to external servers.
3. Third-Party Sub-processors & AI Infrastructure
To provide high-quality generative AI rendering, secure cloud storage, and subscription billing, VirtuStyle AI engages the following trusted third-party sub-processors:
Role: Exclusive Virtual Try-On AI Engine. Processes the model and garment images via encrypted API requests solely to generate the fitted outfit image. Processing is strictly inference-only.
Role: Encrypted Object Storage (Cloudflare R2) & CDN. Stores uploaded and generated images in private AES-256 encrypted buckets accessible only via temporary presigned URLs.
Role: Merchant of Record & Payment Gateway. Handles secure billing, VAT/sales tax calculation, and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant credit card processing for paid tiers (Pro & Studio).
Role: Authentication Provider (Google OAuth). Provides secure 1-click account login and email verification.
4. Strict No-Model-Training Policy
We contractually prohibit the use of customer-uploaded photos or generated try-on results for training public artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Your photos are used strictly in real-time inference to generate your requested wardrobe result.
5. 30-Day Automatic Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)
All unsaved uploaded photos and temporary generation previews are permanently and automatically purged after 30 days via automated server jobs. Outfits explicitly saved by the user to their Wardrobe remain stored until the user deletes them or deletes their account.
6. California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA) & GDPR Rights
"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information": VirtuStyle AI does not sell, lease, or commercialize your personal data or photos. European users (GDPR) and California residents (CCPA) retain full rights to request data export, rectification, or complete erasure by contacting virtustyleinfo@gmail.com.
